Simha Kriya - Yogic Breathing Techniques that regulates COVID-19-Related Stress ?

Traditional yogic systems, which include breathing exercises (Pranayama), yoga postures (Asanas), chanting, and meditation, have been shown to relieve physical and mental stress, improve lung function, and boost immunity.

According to some research, yogic controlled breathing can help reduce stress, regulate mood swings including anxiety and depression, and improve quality of life by enhancing motor co-ordination, cognitive function, heart rate variability, and more.

Simha kriya, a Sadhguru-developed kriya, is said to strengthen the immune system, increase lung capacity, and purify the body and mind. It can also be used to recognise people who have respiratory problems because they are unable to perform Simha kriya after 4–5 days of consistent practise. However, no direct studies have yet been published in the literature.
